What happens to my details when I submit an enquiry?

Your details are emailed to us and matched to alarm monitoring companies covering your area so they can contact you with quotes. We never sell your details for unrelated marketing, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Full detail is in our privacy notice.

In practice: you submit the form, we receive it, and we match it to providers who cover your postcode and offer the service you asked about. They contact you directly, and you should expect to hear from more than one — comparing is the point.

We ask for the minimum needed to get you a useful quote — what you need, roughly where the property is, and how to reach you. Please do not include anything sensitive in the message field, such as alarm codes, passwords, or details of your existing security arrangements.

Your rights under UK data protection law apply: you can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. The privacy notice explains how, and who to contact.

And if you would rather not be contacted by anyone, simply do not use the form. Every reference page on this site is free to read and asks nothing of you.
